WHERE TIME AND
NATURE MEET
From writers and poets to botanists and ornithologists, each father would share the same fascination with the curiosities of the natural world around them. Situated in the town of Jarnac, Cellar Master Charles Braastad, 9th generation, perpetuates today a family tradition: combining the curiosities of time and nature to handcraft extraordinary and intriguing Cognacs.
PREMIER CRU DE COGNAC
GRANDE CHAMPAGNE
From the six “crus” (also referred to as terroirs) that comprise Cognac appellation, Delamain only sources eaux-de-vie from the finest of these distinct crus : Grande Champagne. This remarkable chalky soil yields elegant and complex eaux-de-vie, with great finesse and elevated aromatic intensity.
In the heart of Grande Champagne, Delamain cultivates an exceptional 21-hectare single-plot vineyard. Surrounded by woodland and hedgerows, the vineyard is managed with great respect for nature and biodiversity, earning High Environmental Value (HVE) certification.
A LEGACY OF EXCEPTIONAL CRAFTSMANSHIP
In Jarnac, the Cellar Master carries on Delamain’s enduring pursuit of precision, guided by generations of craftsmanship, patience, and respect for time. Each journey begins with a rigorous selection of exceptional eaux-de-vie, chosen for their individuality and ageing potential. They are then left to mature slowly in the House’s historic cellars, resting in old oak casks whose seasoned wood preserves the fruit’s finesse while time quietly unfolds its work.
THE ART OF BLENDING

Under the Cellar Master’s watchful eye, the eaux-de-vie are meticulously blended together to create hand-crafted Cognacs that express the curiosities of time, nature and spirit combined. Strikingly exotic, yet enticingly sleek, they o er a refined expression of this centuries-oldcraftsmanship.
