“Patrimoine & Luxe” expands on the “Wonders of Ageing” visit above but with an even greater focus on sensorial luxury as guests discover cognac’s extraordinary relationship with food and the ability of food pairings to fully carry the aromatic power of a beautiful cognac through to its gustatory phase.
Guests will enjoy Pale & Dry XO (including frozen), a selection of rare, single cask and vintage cognacs from our Pléiade collection and the hors d’âge “L’Oiseau Rare” released for the Bicentenary, with some of our region’s most delectable foods; carpaccio of trout and caviar from nearby Gensac-la-Pallue, local cheeses and charcuterie with walnut bread, and artisanal chocolates.
