The Wonders of Ageing expands on the “Sensorial Introduction” visit above, with guests visiting additional cellars including our Vintage, Single Cask and 13^th-century Crypt cellars as they further explore the power of time on the evolution of very old Grande Champagne cognacs. The quality of the Grande Champagne terroir is such that the Delamain cellar master must master two quite different arts, the art of blending and the art of identifying and cellaring single cask and/or vintage cognacs; and guests will explore the application of time to each of these two arts.      

In addition to Pale & Dry XO, guests will get a guided tasting of 3 different cognacs from our Pléiade collection and an opportunity to truly savor the impact of time.
